She began her career in 2002 and has since built a successful travel business known for personalized service, thoughtful trip design, and strong client relationships.
Lisa specializes in premium leisure travel, with a particular passion for Europe, river cruising, and food-and-wine experiences.
In addition to working with her own clients, Lisa leads and mentors a growing team of travel advisors. She is passionate about helping advisors develop their confidence, define their niche, strengthen their sales skills, and build sustainable businesses — without losing the personal connection that makes travel advising so valuable.
Known for her practical, honest, and relationship-focused approach, Lisa believes the best travel professionals do more than make bookings: they create trust, deliver meaningful experiences, and help people see the world in a more thoughtful way. That belief — and 24 years of putting it into practice — is what led her to build Expert Travel Alliance.
