No — ETA supports advisors at every stage, from brand new to established agency owners. What matters most is a genuine commitment to building a real business.

Yes — before you access any of our systems, you'll sign an Independent Contractor Agreement. It's straightforward, and either party can cancel at any time with four weeks' written notice.

You do, always. We never market to your clients directly, and if you ever choose to leave ETA, your clients go with you.

It's ETA's signature training program covering business foundations, sales frameworks, niche development and operations — built specifically for advisors running their own business.

Not everything — and that's normal. This industry is always evolving, and there's always more to learn directly from suppliers. What our training gives you is a strong foundation, plus the confidence to know exactly where to look for the answer when you need it.

Everything lives on our advisor SharePoint site. You'll also have access to the Ensemble Member Portal, which adds even more training, marketing and promotional resources.

Since your business runs online, comfort with a computer matters. You'll want to be comfortable using Microsoft Office and working within online reservation systems — and you'll need to supply your own laptop or computer.

There are some wonderful perks in this industry. Many of them are tied to an IATA ID — an industry-recognized credential that requires a minimum of $5,000 in earned commission per year. Most perks and benefits are earned through selling, rather than granted automatically.

Yes. We carry $2 million in Errors & Omissions coverage on behalf of the company and our advisors (a deductible applies).

Commissions are paid on the 15th of every month, for commission received the month before. You can pull a report any time to see exactly what's been received.

Absolutely. As long as you have internet access, you're set — every program we use is web-based.
